International programme 'Taste the Craft – Heritage & Sustainability in Artisanal Food Production'
Description
Students of the Faculty of Business are invited to register for the international programme 'Taste the Craft – Heritage & Sustainability in Artisanal Food Production', which will take place at Lipinski University in Poland from 19 to 23 October 2026. During the programme, students will explore how business ideas, sustainability, innovation and cultural heritage can be combined in artisanal food production.
Participants will work in international and interdisciplinary teams, visit local food producers and take part in practical activities. They will apply the experience gained to the programme’s main assignment: developing a business plan that considers not only the viability of the business idea but also local traditions, responsible production principles and innovative solutions.
Working with students from other European countries will provide an opportunity to experience teamwork in a multicultural environment, gain insight into different perspectives and work together to develop shared solutions.
The programme will be delivered in English, and participants who complete it will be awarded 3 ECTS credits.
Programme dates: 19–23 October 2026
Location: Lipinski University, Kielce, Poland
Registration is open until 28 September. Only selected candidates will be contacted after the registration deadline.
