Real Work Environment

Throughout your studies, you will complete three internships: one internal placement (in simulated enterprises at the Kauno kolegija Higher Education Institution and two external placements in real organisations. During the simulated enterprise internship, you will develop creative projects, learn to work in teams, delegate tasks, make decisions, and take responsibility for performance outcomes.

For the final internship, students may choose placements in business or public sector organisations such as SDG, Tomegris, Kesko Senukai Lithuania, Litcargus, Technogaja, Transcom Worldwide Vilnius, Lietuvos draudimas, as well as various municipalities across Kaunas city, district, and other regions.

Choice and Flexibility

By choosing this study programme, you will explore and analyse organisational processes, use advanced information systems, and develop competencies in office administration and human resource management. The programme is designed to adapt to individual student needs, offering the opportunity to specialise either in business or public sector management.

The study process integrates different learning elements and emphasises the relationships between them. Studies are organised in stages, eliminating the need to complete seven final exams at the end of the semester. Each stage concludes with a final assessment, followed by a one-week break upon successful completion. This approach allows learners to focus on one area at a time, reduces stress, and ensures continuous feedback.

In the 2025 national ranking of study fields at colleges, this programme holds 3rd place.
