Learning outcomes. Graduates will:
- understand the English language as a system and appropriately use professional terminology;
- know the countries of the target language and their linguistic, social and/or cultural environment;
- effectively use the professional English language (C1 level) and a second foreign language (A2-B2 levels) in writing and orally;
- understand, produce, summarize and/or edit texts in the professional field of the target language;
- identify and analyse linguistic phenomena in the context of public relations;
- use modern information and communication technology to coordinate internal and external communication of an organisation;
- identify and constructively solve problems in professional activities, using necessary resources and appropriate methods;
- collect, analyse and organise material from a variety of sources, using a range of information technology and bibliographic references;
- describe, present in public and defend the results of the conducted research;
- apply the principles of professional ethics and citizenship when communicating with stakeholders and resolving problems of the field of professional activity;
- work constructively as part of a team when performing the tasks of professional activity and be accountable for the quality of their work;
- maintain and develop intercultural communication and cooperation;
- independently and responsibly carry out professional activities in accordance with the principles of ethics and sustainable development;
- strive for continuous professional and personal development.

Learning process. Studies are based on tasks and group activities that encourage problem-based and critical thinking. Favourable educational environment enables students to self-control their study process, reflect on their activities and promote creativity and innovation. The programme strives for students’ active participation in the study process. Discussions and dialogues between the teaching staff and the student are always encouraged in the lectures.
