Opportunity for Business Faculty students to participate in the BIP ‘Multicultural Organisation’ in Malta
Students of the Faculty of Business at Kauno kolegija Higher Education Institution are invited to register for the Erasmus+ Blended Intensive Programme (BIP) Multicultural Organisation, organised by the Malta Leadership Institute.
The programme is intended for students who wish to gain a deeper understanding of multicultural organisations, broaden their international outlook, and apply the knowledge acquired during their studies in an intercultural context. The programme will consist of a virtual component running from 9 April to 6 May 2026 and a contact week in Malta taking place on 20–24 April 2026. This blended study format enables students to combine remote preparation with intensive in-person activities in an international environment.
During the programme, students will deepen their knowledge of multicultural organisations, participate in lectures, practical sessions, and company visits. They will also work in international teams, prepare projects, and present their ideas. In addition to the academic activities, the programme will include cultural events and excursions in Malta. This programme offers an opportunity to strengthen not only subject-specific knowledge but also competences in collaboration, communication, and working in an international environment.
Students who successfully complete the programme will be awarded 3 ECTS credits. This is a valuable opportunity to gain international experience, broaden professional horizons, and strengthen abilities that are important in today’s global labour market.
Students wishing to participate in the programme are invited to register by 18 March 2026 (inclusive). After the registration deadline, the selected* candidates will be contacted.
* Selection of students will be based on the following criteria: relevance of the student’s study field to the programme topic, motivation to participate in the programme, academic achievements, and additional criteria (priority will be given to students who have not previously participated in mobility activities).
